No one wants to get stuck without an air conditioner, but I hope if they find themselves in that predicament they find your company stat!! I cannot thank you and commend you enough on the people you have working for you. From the first technician coming to our house on a Saturday and telling us the bad news to the technicians that installed the new unit everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We live in one of those houses that always comes with issues on even the smallest project. We have a very little crawl space and this created a big issue when realizing the new unit would need a much larger return. Not ideal when we had no room for a larger return. Richard came out and looked at the space, tried one option that he didn’t like and thought about it overnight and called the next morning with a new and better option that we were all happy with. You didn’t just come in, take the unit, and install a new one. You really thought about our challenges and our house. For that, I cannot thank you enough. Most companies would come in and tell me there are no options with our house, it’s this way or no way. Never once did your team try to cut corners, never once did them seem rushed to get onto the next job, and never once was I concerned with leaving them at my house alone to do their job. Simply put, you have an amazing team and you are running an outstanding business. I could not be more pleased with the service we got, the attention to detail, and the caring manner of your staff. Any company we went with would have got our house cool again, but I can guarantee I wouldn’t have ever received the great customer service I received from your team.

Darien came out today for the semi annual service He found a water leak under my trailer that I didn’t know about Great job thank you so much.

We had to have a complete HVAC system installed. Based on a suggestion of Norris Air, we contacted them and we’re 100% satisfied! Dave Jr came to inspect our system, Richard came to get an idea of costs that we would incur and Corey, the G.M., came out to discuss the process and final quote. The crew showed up promptly yesterday morning and began. Rich, Marklin and the rest of the crew are phenomenal!! They put their noses to the grindstone and got the job done!! Never had we seen a crew work so hard while maintaining a professional yet friendly attitude! They explained everything, cleaned up all the old equipment as well as making sure the finished product looked good!!

You did a new heater/AC install at my sons house this week. Excellent work the system and the extra vent you added into the kitchen is just wonderful. Very good work! When I upgrade mine I will use you Thank you.

Norris Air responded super quickly when my central air quit working. My issue is complicated by a home warranty company, but Darien Lujon helped by identifying all the issues with my system so that I could submit a claim. As soon as parts come in for my 18 year old system we’ll be up and running again! If the unit eventually fails, you can be sure I’ll call Norris Air to install my replacement!

Our home air conditioning system stopped working about two weeks ago during very hot Phoenix weather. We called Norris Air and within two hours Norris Air sent their technician, Dan. He investigated thoroughly, starting with our inside thermostat and then climbed up our roof where he spent about an hour looking at and testing every part of our rooftop equipment. He diagnosed what the problem was and replaced several parts. He then returned inside and tested the system. It now worked and has continued to work well ever since. The cost of this service was more than fair and reasonable. We are very satisfied with Norris Air’s quick and professional response and service. Plus, Dan was terrific in figuring out the problem and solving it.

Norris Air to the rescue. During our triple-digit heat in Arizona, we discovered one of our units wasn’t working. It was after hours, but Dan, a technician, called us back right away. We agreed on service for the next morning. He was very professional, efficient, and solved the problem within a few minutes. We have used other companies in the past and always were unsure if they were ethical. Not here, I trust Norris Air, and they are the only company I would use.

We used Norris Air to install Ecobee thermostats in our home. The staff, from scheduling to the gentleman that came into our home, were friendly and professional. We highly recommend Norris Air!

Norris has been the best A/C install experience we have ever had. The team (Angel, Victor, and Kevin) did an amazing job – took their time to get all details right (install of 2 new 14 seer units, rework ducts, ecobee thermostats) and answered all questions I had. They were prompt and showed up on time each day. They cleaned up after and were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous – a real pleasure to work with. Their crew leader Ray made sure things were progressing nicely. The GM Cory and owner Paula showed up to check up on things too. Amazing team and the quality/craftsmanship/attention to detail was fantastic. I really do recommend Norris. A/C units need to be installed right, by people that know what they are doing. Norris Air was the business of choice recommended to us by the woman we bought the home from. We’ve been customers since 2024 and since have had work done on the old AC, purchased a new AC, and of course a summer check-up. Recently signed up for their yearly special of a checkup and also cleaning. Service people have always been polite, explain what they are doing, and offered advice. We had Norris Air install a garage duct-less system, 19 Seer unit. The guys were terrific, a super hot day, they arrived with everything and did a detailed job on this installation. I highly recommend them and this type of system for our insulated garage. We can now use the garage in the summer and operate the air efficiently with our solar system power.

We had two new heat pumps installed this week and the entire process was great. The installers, especially Angel, were amazing and worked hard to install them and make sure we were happy. The office staff has exceptional customer service skills too. Thank you Norris Air!
